How does the member discount work?
After your membership is validated, a personal member code or member access is activated on your customer account. The discount applies only to eligible products, whether in stock or pre-order, excluding the exclusions listed below.
Products excluded from member benefits
To ensure fair and sustainable operation, some products are not eligible for member discounts.
- Products already discounted or on sale
- Very limited products or supplier allocation products
- Very limited pre-orders or supplier allocation pre-orders
- Gift cards
- Shipping costs
- Professional or B2B orders
Zone Gunpla Monthly Draw
Active members automatically participate in the Zone Gunpla monthly draw. The prize may vary from month to month: voucher, small gift, accessory, surprise product, or store benefit.
This draw is also a community moment intended to thank members who support the store and help keep the Zone Gunpla Family alive. It is reserved for members whose membership is active at the time of the draw. Prizes are neither exchangeable for money nor refundable.
Early access to new releases and restocks
Depending on arrivals, certain new releases or restocks may be offered for early access to members. This access is a way to prioritize those who support Zone Gunpla and contribute to the community's development.
This early access is not guaranteed for all products and depends on available quantities.
Terms of monthly membership
The Zone Gunpla Club plan is a monthly membership automatically renewed each month unless cancelled. It is non-binding and can be cancelled at any time from the customer area or by contacting customer service.
Cancellation terminates member benefits at the end of the already paid monthly period. No partial refund is made for a month already started, except in cases provided by law or billing error.
Terms of the annual Supporter card
The Zone Gunpla Supporter plan is valid for 12 months from its activation. It grants access to the indicated benefits for the entire validity period.
Unless otherwise specified, the annual card is not automatically renewed. A new membership can be subscribed at the end of the validity period.
Right of withdrawal
In accordance with the rules applicable to distance selling, the customer has a legal period of 14 days to exercise their right of withdrawal, unless exceptions provided by law.
If a member benefit has already been used during this period, Zone Gunpla reserves the right to deduct the value of the used benefit from the amount potentially reimbursed, within the limits provided by applicable regulations.
Reasonable use of benefits
Member benefits are for personal use only. Zone Gunpla reserves the right to suspend or refuse access to benefits in cases of clear abuse, organized resale, fraud, creation of multiple accounts, or use contrary to the spirit of the program.
Program modification
Zone Gunpla may evolve the member program, its benefits, or its terms to ensure its proper functioning, preserve its balance, and continue to develop projects around the store, the community, and Gunpla in France. Members will be informed in case of significant changes to the applicable terms.
