EVANGELION - RG NGE Eva Unit 00

Discover the Evangelion Unit-00 in Bandai Spirits' Real Grade series with this articulated model kit directly inspired by Evangelion: 1.0 You Are (Not) Alone. The first prototype unit of the Evangelion program, the EVA-00 piloted by Rei Ayanami is reproduced here in its famous yellow livery.

Bandai Spirits developed this RG line to recreate the organic movements of the Evangelions as much as possible. The kit features a particularly intricate internal structure with a movable spine and shoulder blades, as well as various armor sections that can accompany the body's movements.

When the arms pivot or the torso is placed in dynamic positions, several armor elements naturally follow the articulation. This design allows for much more expressive poses than a traditional mechanical model and perfectly matches the unique morphology of the EVAs.

One of the main features of this kit is the ability to choose between the appearance of Unit-00 before or after its modification thanks to the included alternative parts. The different head colors are also reproduced through detailed part separation.

Many accessories accompany the model, including the Palette Rifle, two representations of the Progressive Knife, an umbilical cable, and a wide selection of interchangeable hands to vary scenes and poses.

Technical Specifications

The internal structure of the RG Evangelion Unit-00 was designed to replicate the mobility of a humanoid body. The spine, shoulders, and various sections of the torso work together to provide a particularly wide range of motion.

The arm armor elements also follow rotational movements, while the body design allows for both forward-leaning positions and poses where the EVA looks sharply upwards.

Alternative parts for the modified version of Unit-00 are included. This allows you to choose the desired configuration during assembly and reproduce different appearances of the EVA-00.

Thanks to the parts allowing you to choose between pre- and post-modification configurations, this kit also offers more possibilities than a simple reproduction of the EVA-00. It is an excellent complement to the RG Evangelion Unit-01 and Unit-02 to bring together the main units of the series.
